We are incredibly grateful to Great War enthusiast and writer, Carole Hope, who is donating part of the proceeds from the sale of her second book,
'Frank Speaking', to Great War Huts.
'Frank Speaking' relates to the unfinished First World War memoir of Royal Dublin Fusilier Officer, Francis Morrow Laird, which Carole transcribed. She added context and also narrative to finish his story, by reference to Battalion war diaries and other primary sources. The cover design and maps were designed by our very own Lyndsay Knight.
If you would like to purchase a copy, you can email Carole directly by clicking the button below. 'Frank Speaking' is £23.50 including P&P.
